Available Sizes
LSN Diffusion manufactures spray powders in a variety of sizes to meet all types of processes. Powder size distributions are usually 106μm to 20μm for powder weld (puddle torch), 120μm to 45μm for flame spray and fuse, 180μm to 53μm for PTA and laser, 63μm to 15μm for HVOF and plasma spray, and 106μm or less for brazing applications.
Upon request, powder sizes can be customized to suit unique requirements.
